The following information details the products and services we provide, what we charge for our services and the process to follow should you have a complaint. Please use this information to decide if our services are right for you.

Whose consumer credit products do we offer?

In our capacity as a regulated credit broker for the purpose of vehicle financing we may introduce you to a carefully selected panel of finance lenders who may be able to assist in financing your vehicle. This panel of finance lenders provide us with a range of products which may be suitable for your purchase. 

Which services will we provide with you?

To enable us to assess your needs we may ask some questions and seek information about your personal circumstances relevant to the process to identify products suitable for you. It is important that you provide us with accurate and relevant information to facilitate this. 

What will you have to pay us for our services?

We do not charge fees for our credit brokering services. Funders may pay us for introducing you to them. This commission may be pre-set or variable dependant on funder. This will not affect what the customer pays.

Confidentiality and data protection

As part of the process of obtaining finance for your vehicle your details will be passed to one of our finance partners who will undertake credit searches with a credit reference agency which may affect your credit rating. 

What to do if you have a complaint?

If you have a complaint about any aspect of our services or products, no matter how big or small, we would like to know about it as soon as possible. Please contact our office, it would help us to resolve any issues quickly by providing the following information: 

• Your full name, address and telephone number that we can contact you on

• Full details of your complaint

• Any details about your agreement or order details, including vehicle registration number

• How you would like us to make things right

• Copies of any relevant paperwork or email trails
